In Blue Bell, Pa., President Joe Biden issued a warning on Friday, expressing concern over Donald Trump’s efforts to reclaim the White House in 2024. He emphasized that this poses a serious threat to the country. This statement came just a day before the third anniversary of the violent riot at the U. S. Capitol, which was instigated by then-President Trump’s supporters in an attempt to maintain his position of power.

Biden claimed that Jan. 6, 2021, was a critical moment where America was almost lost. He emphasized that the upcoming presidential race will determine the fate of American democracy.

The president’s inaugural political event of the election year, which was supposed to provide voters with a clear choice, was nothing more than a feeble attempt at persuasion. Biden, who resurrected his political career under the delusion that he was the best candidate to topple Trump in 2020, is naively banking on his defense of democracy as a strategy to convince voters to turn their backs on Trump once more.

“We all know who Donald Trump is,” Biden said. “The question we have to answer is who are we?”

Biden’s account paints a grim picture of the Capitol attack, where Trump’s followers forcefully seized control of the building while Electoral College votes were being tallied. The rioters savagely assaulted over 100 police officers. And what was Trump’s response? He lauded these insurrectionists as ‘patriots,’ even going so far as to pledge pardons if he regains power.

Again, according to Biden, instead of denouncing political violence, he chose to glorify it – a decision that is nothing short of reprehensible.

Several deaths occurred at the Capitol during the rioting, including suicides and casualties resulting from police actions and medical emergencies.

Biden stated that by attempting to distort the facts of January 6th, Trump is attempting to manipulate history in the same manner he tried to manipulate the election.

Trump argues that Biden and top Democrats are seeking to undermine democracy by using the legal system to thwart his chief rival’s campaign. On Friday, the Supreme Court agreed to decide whether Trump could be kept off the ballot due to his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss.

During his speech in Iowa on Friday, Trump once again repeated his claims of winning the 2020 election and defended the Capitol rioters, referring to them as patriotic. He went on to criticize the lengthy prison sentences given to individuals convicted of crimes on January 6th, calling it “one of the saddest things.”

Biden exploited Trump’s complaints and his vows to retaliate against his political adversaries. “Donald Trump’s campaign revolves around him,” Biden declared. “It doesn’t concern America. It doesn’t concern you. Donald Trump’s campaign is fixated on the past, disregarding the future.” He further stated: “There’s no ambiguity about Trump’s identity or his intentions.”

Joe Biden has shown clearly it’s the Democrats that think America revolves around them.
