The legal representatives for President Joe Biden’s immigration agencies have asserted that revealing the locations of covert migrant flights would expose potential weaknesses.

Customs and Border Protection, displaying a shocking lack of transparency and accountability, adamantly refuses to reveal any information regarding a covert program from the previous year. This clandestine initiative involved organizing chartered flights that transported thousands of undocumented immigrants directly from foreign airports to various cities across the United States. The agency’s obstinate stance on withholding crucial details raises serious concerns about their commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting open communication with the public.

Biden’s end run around the border should shake Americans. This president not only supports and subsidizes the remaking of America into the DNC image, but he also provides the cartel’s dream team to manage logistics.

Tell me, Joe, are they flying first class?

The Biden administration has been caught covertly transporting a staggering 320,000 migrants into the U.S., all under the guise of reducing border crossings and addressing so-called national security vulnerabilities. A lawsuit has blown the lid off this operation, exposing how Biden’s CBP is withholding information about which airports are being used as launch pads for these undocumented aliens’ entry into our country.

This development arises amidst the ongoing influx of migrants across the southern border and Biden’s questionable decision to expand the CBP.

The One app, enables migrants to apply for asylum from their home country, be conveniently airlifted to the U.S., and then leisurely provided two years to secure legal status. This cell phone app has facilitated a nearly covert arrival of 320,000 aliens who possess no legal rights whatsoever for entry into the United States.

The administration has once again stirred up controversy with its 2022 transportation program. It’s a blatant misuse of public funds that should have been allocated for more pressing issues.

In details of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit first reported by Todd Bensman, the Center for Immigration Studies found that Biden’s CBP approved the latest secretive flights that transported hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from foreign countries into at least 43 different American airports from January through December 2023. The program was part of Biden’s expansion of the CBP One app, which kicked off at the start of last year.

Migrants are now able, under Biden’s expansion, to apply for asylum from their home countries using an app. However, the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) points out that one of the lesser-known uses of the app is the transportation of these migrants directly to the U. S. Aliens who cannot LEGALLY enter the U. S. use CBP One to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from airports.

Under this parole release, migrants can stay in the U. S. for two years without obtaining legal status and are eligible for work authorization. The administration initially stated it would not disclose the airports where the undocumented individuals were transported, citing a ‘law enforcement exception’ as the reason for withholding information.

The recent CIS lawsuit has shed light on some rather concerning details. It appears that the locations were deliberately kept under wraps due to a fear of ‘bad actors’ (read patriots) causing public safety issues or exploiting law enforcement weaknesses. According to CBP lawyers, disclosing the airports would inadvertently expose information about the volume of individuals arriving and consequently, resources used at specific airports.

This could potentially highlight ‘operational vulnerabilities’ ripe for exploitation by these so-called bad actors who could then modify their behavior, adopt new operational methods and implement other countermeasures. They further claim this would undermine CBP’s efforts to secure US borders – a rather convenient excuse for lack of transparency.

However, Republicans insist that the southern border is not secure and are demanding that Biden implement stricter protocols at the U.S.-Mexican border. According to CIS, the secretive flights are considered ‘legally dubious,’ and since CBP refuses to disclose the locations due to ‘grave’ consequences, it is likely a program that should not continue. Additionally, lawyers have not disclosed the locations of foreign airport departures, leaving it unclear where these migrants are originating from.

Eligible CBP One applicants include citizens from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, and Ecuador.

Joe Biden may well be ready to close off the border to illegals now. But, serving them cocktails on secret flights to cities when governors and mayors would probably stop the entry like DeSantis did in Florida, is his best bet to get it done.
